My partner and I share a room at the other end of the apartment and the third room is just his storage room. We do not have a car space for rent unfortunately but parking is available on the street if you do have a car.
You will have your own bathroom (with a bath tub) and privacy. We sometimes work from home and as such we need clean and quiet flatmates (no loud late night parties)! Pets are ok, we love dogs but we are not in a position to own them due to our busy work lives. We work fairly long hours and are early morning people. The apartment would suit shift /health workers - we are about a 7 min walk from the hospital and St Leonards Station.
We value privacy and cleanliness. You must be a non-smoker, have integrity (i.e. do what you say you would do), be considerate, yet easy-going. You will need to clean up after yourself every time.

Are a professional in your 30s or 40s, either working in the City, St Leonards/Crows Nest or the RNSH hospital.

Morning person (as we wake up early and the coffee machine might wake you if you sleep in/or a light sleeper)
Have a busy schedule for yourself and not dependent on us socialising with you.
Are independent and have your own friends.
Like to live close to transport. Our apartment is 2 mins from bus stops from Pacific Highway, 5 minutes from bus stops from Willoughby road, and 7 mins from St Leonards station.
Are positive, happy and very clean.
